During the 1st quarter following your purchase, we contact our customers every month to ensure their satisfaction and good
use of the product.
We then make 3 to 4 assessments per year to keep in touch with our customers and know if they have new needs (change of vehicle, willingness to upgrade...).
Custom audio/video tutorials.
Depending on the options you have ordered; we make video capture tutorials with an audio guide, to facilitate the use of your simulator.

During this consultation, we reread all the video tutorials provided
by exchanging with you, to simplify the handling of your equipment and
your software to the max.

The software warranty applies to a offline use for 2 years.

When it comes to hardware, we first remotely analyze what your problem is.
If our diagnosis confirms that it is a manufacturing defect, we enter
contact with the manufacturer to apply the warranty.
If our diagnosis confirms that this is a different problem,
we will guide you to fix this malfunction.
