If your equipment has a manufacturing or design defect;
or that a handling or maintenance problem interferes
the use of the simulator, our after-sales service is at your disposal.
We recommend customers to contact us as soon as possible if a
problem arises.

If you report a problem,
We will reply as soon as possible.
First, we analyze your problem to find out what failure you have on your software or
your equipment.

We then implement various means to make a remote diagnosis :
- telephone exchanges,
- e-mail or Whatsapp of your choice,
- audio/video documents.
Once our diagnosis has been made, we first intervene remotely.

On a software problem, depending on the extent of the problem, we intervene by sending you by email or video capture the solution to put in application.
​
If our diagnosis reveals a maintenance or material use problem, we will send you very quickly a document that contains the procedures to be respected.
​
In the event that the failure is due to a defect of the manufacturer; we contact the manufacturer to play the warranty.
​
If your memory disk or your equipment require physical intervention, we help you by mail, unless your equipment is in the Paris region; in which case we can
move for free.

Software warranties apply on offline use for 2 years. Our software and applications are made reliable during the preparation phase of the PCs we deliver. When used offline, our software is never a problem.
​
If your problem comes from a manipulation error, we will be happy to send you in video capture the solution to implement.
​
In case you absolutely want to run your simulator online, we can design a custom system to increase the reliability of your software to the maximum.

When our diagnosis confirms that the failure is due to a manufacturing or design defect; we contact the manufacturers to make use of the material warranties that apply.
