Product details

On the current sim-racing market, a multitude of solutions are offered

to reinforce the pilot's immersion: actuators, buttkicker, vibrating padding,

harness tensioner... These solutions are immersive, but do not allow the pilot to know

how he uses his vehicle's grip.

With 20 years of experience in motorsport and simulation, we have developed 2 solutions to

take into account the remarks of our prospects and customers : the Vibe and EVO systems.

These systems translate the G-forces and drift intensity into vibrations,

to allow the user to make his driving smoother and gives an efficiency gain.

The Double Vibe system, developed in 2020, combines the vibrations of a 8 motors quilting on which one is seated (vibrator massager frequency), with the vibrations of a feedback machine (track kerb frequency).

The padding diffuses vibrations linked to the G-forces dynamically on its 8 motors :

the vibrations move according to the centrifugal force that the vehicle is subjected to (see animation and photo). The Feedback Machine (see photo), located under the seat, diffuses low-frequency vibrations to let the driver feel the intensity of the car's drift.

The pilot's brain now clearly perceives the difference between the intensity of centrifugal force and the glide intensity !

The low frequency of the Feedback Machine, unconsciously encourages the pilot to limit the glide as much as possible to improve his lap times, and provides precision and constancy gain.

Triple Vibe option streams audio with a 3rd source of vibration to enhance immersion

(see next page).

Following the comments of our customers who wanted to have more important feedback;

on their degressive braking (ABS intensity using or wheel locks), we are developping in

the EVO system :

The addition of a Feedback Machine on the front of the structure, combined with a differentiated management of vibrations between the front and the rear of the vehicle; enriches the feedback of the Vibe system to bring new functionalities with thoses resulting sensations :

ABS feeling, differentiated front/rear wheel locking, perception of front/rear load transfer, increased perception of understeer, oversteer and 4 wheels slipage.

To enhance immersion and feedback from our customers outside of motorsport, we have adapted our systems to aeronautics and eco-driving :

With aeronautical simulation software, the Feedback Machine transmits information on rolling and the movements of the aircraft in flight, in particular the vibrations before stalling. In parallel, vibrating padding gives feedback on the G-forces experienced by the device and  engine vibrations. Immersion and fluidity of piloting are improved.

As part of an eco-driving simulator ; the Feedback Machine transmits information on tyres use intensity and driving aids, but also on the vehicle barreling risk.

The vibrating padding transcribes the G forces experienced by the vehicle and the vehicle's suspensions, engine and brakes using intensity.

This feedback encourages the driver to preserve the mechanical parts of the vehicle.
